QPR have the chance to bring in some more signings over the next couple of months. They are preparing for another year in the Championship. The Hoops have turned to Julien Stephan as their new manager. He has been picked as their replacement for Marti Cifuentes. Stephan, who has managed Strasbourg and Rennes in the past, should now use his knowledge of the French market to boost his attacking department. One player who would be perfect for the London club is En Avant Guingamp striker Jacques Siwe. Siwe, 23, has been linked with West Brom and Watford by French news outlet L’Echo de l’Argoat. 1.FC Koln and Vitoria Guimaraes have also been mentioned as potential suitors. Stephan will want to put his own stamp on his newly inherited squad. Poku’s arrival has lifted the mood and Stephan’s appointment appears to be a shrewd one. If they snapped up Siwe, he would arrive in good spirits after his impressive past season in the French second tier at Guingamp. He would also give the R’s more competition and depth in attack and something different to call upon in games. The Hoops are back in training and have some friendlies coming up as they look to get back into shape.
