Also get her to check out a guy mr murals on Facebook. Hugely interesting and impressive. What age is she os

Plus it’ll cost a fair wad to replace him. A few million won’t do it no matter how clever our recruitment is

I have football tonight as Wakefield AFC start pre season games. Entry at step 6 tonight is £5 adults £3 old gits and consessions. Under 16s are free so great for familes. The kids can also get a free season ticket. Replica shirts adults £34 and kids much cheaper.
You get to know the players and coaches plus those who run the club. Try non league honestly it is thriving.

Ok this is difficult to do, because of the way stat sites record things like free kicks etc. So the best I can do, is give you numbers relating to goals scored and conceded direct from a set piece cross. Thus Struijk's first goal against Sunderland would be a set piece goal, however his second goal in that game wouldn't be as most sites class that as an goal scored in open play. This also doesn't include penalties of course.

So in total there were over the course of last season, a total of 2231 chances where either a team had a chance to score or concede from a set piece, of which 161 coals were scored by the attacking team and conceded by the defending team

Attacking wise, we were the 6th best team at creating chances from a set piece, however we were the 7th worst team at putting those chances away. The average percentage of goals scored from a set piece for last season was 7.22%. We were the 7th worst with a percentage of 4.85. Burnley scored with 10% of their chances, however Sheffield United were worse than ourselves, scoring with only 3% of their chances.

Defensively, we were the best team at restricting teams to chances from a set piece and the 7th best team for defending those chances. The average percentage of goals conceded from set pieces was obviously 7.22%. We averaged 6.15% of goals conceded from set pieces. Both Sunderland and Burnley managed to keep that figure to under 3%, whilst Coventry were the 3rd worst team, conceding 10.47 of set piece chances

The last 2 columns relate to the number of goals each team scored or conceded from a set piece, in relation to the total number of goals scored. The noticeable stat for goals scored is that the top 25 teams that relied upon goals from free kicks, all finished in the bottom half of the league table. However this doesn't correlate with defensive performance, with only QPR defence standing out at defending set pieces.

Of the top 6 teams in the league, both ourselves and Sheffield United, relied upon scoring approx. 95% of goals from open play.

Anything highlighted in "Green" means that the team was in the top 25% for that stat, whilst anything highlighted in "Blue" means that the team was in the bottom 25% for that stat.
