Turns out they did do mine, just user the wrong card despite me changing it a couple of weeks ago. Apparently the only way they can do it is to delete the other card and suggested I shouldn't save it if I use it again for away/cup games
After checking my bank everyday, I couldnt figure out how I had paid, even though online it said I had. In the end, I clicked 'pay by credit card' for next months and it gave me my default card...which was a credit card that I only appear to use once a year lol to buy season tickets. Mystery over now at least.
