I think there's justifiable frustration about the ridiculous 'obviousness' of the players Howe allegedly wants. Accusations of pissing about, however, are clearly wrong. Bigger clubs with bigger wage structures are clearly going to win. I'm a broken record on this, but quite why or how we haven't signed someone like Simons, Scalvini, Bakayoko, David, Akliouche, Adeyemi, Moukoko, Reyna, Vlahovic, Almada, Alexsandro, etc., is strange. These guys are the same level as the likes of Bruno, Botman, Isak. There's a risk aversion that makes us currently look very limited. But we'll see how it unfolds, the next fortnight will be very telling.

Neto and Madueke aren't. Delap plays a different position and had 1 more g/a than Barnes despite playing now games and Barnes being a sub first half of season

NUFC transfer dealings are about as predictable as they come at the moment and the outcomes as well. When the Cartel can throw longer contracts on higher wages with bigger fees and not really care if they recruitment is a success or not, NUFC are wasting their time. Go aboard or pick up young talent in the UK lower leagues. Chasing established PL players is just mental. Can't understand our approach at all.

Yep has to be said I was way off, thought replacing Staveley was a logical step but it’s had the absolute opposite effect. Everything is ludicrously slow paced and one dimensional. Felt like Staveley could get quick answers from Saudi whereas Eales feels like he doesn’t even know his bosses. Hes been a ****ing abysmal appointment by all accounts and here we are some 9 months into finding a replacement and absolutely nowhere near doing so. We’re woefully understaffed and mismanaged at C level.
Why would we sell the women's team? We don't need to and Chelsea did it after we had to sell players, so it's not like it was available last year either.
