A favourite of the boo boys on SMB as I recall. The reality is that he was a good player for us.

Good player for the lads, always gave his all

 

I wasn't amazingly keen on Bardsley at the time and thought we could do better. Guilty of seeing weaknesses more than appreciating the strengths. Bit older and wiser now so (mostly) look at football differently.

 

Having a memory like mine makes it's easy to appear foolish, but I seem to recall that he is our leading Prem Lge player, in terms of attendances.
