The Guardian wrote this earlier in the week: Fulham, Leeds and Sunderland are all scrambling to sign Strasbourg’s Senegalese midfielder Habib Diarra, while the two newly promoted sides in that trio of clubs are also interested in signing Celtic’s American centre-back Cameron Carter-Vickers. Millwall defender Japhet Tanganga is also wanted by Sunderland, who will have to fight off interest from Millwall’s bitter rivals Crystal Palace if they are to secure his signature.
Fingers crossed it’s genuine, remaining a bit dubious until someone more concrete confirms is best course of action I think
I do wonder if we are spending big on the priority signings that we will then use the loan market (2x players) and then cheaper options to build the squad depth
He any good? 4/1 on 365 to be the highest finishing promoted side. Top half 28 and 33s across wills, 365 etc Fancy the 4/1
Agree, but another thing that takes me back (i was an avid nixon watcher a year or so ago till i seen the light) the ****er is usually cryptic and vague as ****. So him being extremly specfic is throwing me haha
Im not sure, if the latest on vanat is true because we need a few positions as priority before a striker
I think it's 2 loans, not 100% but sure someone on here confirmed it I wouldn't want anymore than 2 loans tbh
Pretty sure Leeds have PSR restrictions that don't impact us. Which would explain them struggling with the amount needed.
Nothing about this management team has ever been about survival or mediocrity. They want to build something. Whether it’s the right strategy now to accelerate to the degree they seem to be is debatable but they’ve never been about just being average.
