    Keep your head down and make the right choices. It will be worth it in the long run when you have freedom of choice and the wind of change is blowing in your face.

    I have had a few things ongoing. Nothing too serious but that's limited my posting on here and on the internet in general TBH.

    It's definitely helped like, decided to lock in and get back to my training and eating well, beers only on a weekend, much less in total too. Been good though, positive at graft with new contract and dropped 17lbs in those 2 month. Down to 15.7 now so much more like it, and feel better for it.

    So if anyone is having a rough time or the if the internet continues to be full of mugs and it's absorbing your time to a detrimental effect, lock in and get back in the gym.
