    I think the rupture has healed and the cyst is getting bigger - hurts like hell when I try walking, or even just standing up.

    I think it could be drained - but from what I gathered when in hospital, their preference is to let it go away by itself. Exercise and painkillers for a few weeks they said.

    The Aussies ground out a decent 2nd innings total - more than I expected - giving the Windies a target of 301 to win. I'll stick my neck out and predict that they won't reach it...
