    Lyon relegated from Ligue 1 due to financial troubles. Wonder if Gomes moves on or if this will give him a kickstart into playing regularly if more established players leave

    So second final on the spin with a chance of winning it. What happens to these players when they move on into the senior squad ffs? It’s a shame we can’t replicate this at senior level but maybe we never will if the manager keeps playing the likes of Walker and Henderson <doh>

    I’m most interested by the fact the Dutch team had a midfielder called Flamingo, and for that reason only I want us to sign him (cue one-legged jokes).

    Yeah the football was very good and progressive.
    Thought the same when we played Spain in the QF, but wasn’t too impressed with how we played against Germany. Them or France in the final.
