It's not an issue if you grow up drinking it, I don't think. If anything, I find softer water in other places a bit weird because it's not what I'm used to.
I did grow up drinking it in Hull and Driffield(let's face it,there was very little else on offer in the 60's).I then moved on to drinking it up here.I don't drink copious amounts of the stuff but I can't drink it from the tap anymore as it stinks of chemicals to me and has done for 5 years or so.If I'm desperate and don't have bottled water, I'll take it but very rarely. When I'm in Hull I wouldn't touch it at all..It doesn't taste nice to me anyway.
Kids growing up too fast, sick of my 7 year daughter old telling me people are handsome , apparently she broke up with a boyfriend last week because he was cheating on her?! I know it’s all innocent at that age, but when did cheating become a thing at that age , how she know what that means , hate it
You've abstain from 2 if them and as I remember you where / are an absolute legend in the lady front judging from your conquests you told us about over the years .
People who go on tipping point but can't work out when to drop the token thing. It's what kids learnt when we were 10.
People who don't know their own ****ing address. I've had four orders returned to the warehouse undelivered this week, two because they forgot to put their house number, one because a bloke in Ireland entered his country as Iceland and one because someone in the UK put their country as Spain (you don't even need to to put a country if you're in the UK, it defaults to the UK). I pay to send it, then I have to pay to get it back, then I have to pay to send it again. The ****s them.
****s in the first three cars at the traffic lights are all on their phones and don’t react until it’s nearly back to ****ing red Utter ****s
A tosspot tried that with me earlier today, Sutton Road/Leads Road junction, inside lane left turn only, outside lane ahead or right turn. I was in the ahead lane at the front of the queue, lights changed to green and a Transit in the left turn lane decided to go straight ahead. Taking the advice of Ashley Neal, I let him go in front and made it a non-event with no use of the horn. Road rage is pointless, FACT. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
