Traore creates unrest and panic when running at defences, so does Roberts, end product is probably similar, if we are going for an improvement on Roberts I dont think its him. I actually think Roberts will do well in the premier league, he will be playing with better players who will read his runs better and his passes, he is an intelligent player who has been playing below his level with lower level players at times.
My issue with Roberts this season is he’s slow as ****e. We’re going to be playing in our own half a lot and when we break we’ll need players to get up the pitch quickly and he’s not that. I think that’s why his only real success was at Celtic where he was playing camped around the opposition box playing in tight spaces. Traore end product is woeful though so whilst he’s comfortably better than Roberts I wouldn’t want him.
sorry been in a meeting for most of the morning, all I am going to say, we could be seeing the scarf pics sooner than we thought, this is all I am going to say
Just watched a couple of highlight vids of Bulka. So impressed. Two things stand out for me. His saves are so "strong" - he's great at pushing the ball away from danger when making the save. And also he himself just looks colossal and seems to be incredibly brave. I think he's ready made for the premier league. Only thing I can't tell is how good he is with ball at feet but as Nice's number 1 you'd expect pretty decent enough.
He’s a very good shot stopper and quite agile for such a big lad, he’s a monster anarl. Nice have been solid defensively the last few seasons, conceded the least amount of goals in the league last season and have only conceded a few more than PSG since Bulka was signed as their number 1. He’s also saved a fair few penalties last season iirc
