Is my increasingly dodgy memory playing up again or in the olden days would these wickets where the batsman edges or cuts onto his own stumps have been recorded as ‘played on’ rather than ‘bowled’?
152/4 that session...... You'd say it's England's to lose from here only needing another 102 with 6 wickets in hand, but another couple of wickets and it's squeaky bum time...... oh and the weather as well....
Great cricket. Sets the series up nicely. I suspect it will be dominated by the bat, though I’ve already been surprised by England taking 20 wickets.
Cracking result and Test Cricket wins again..... The confidence to chase that target on a 5th day pitch is something else...... also 1st time in Test history that all 4 innings had scores over 350...... The makings of a great series....
Superb win & did doubt our bowling attack but came good when needed, I would still make one or two changes for next test
