It's not an issue if you grow up drinking it, I don't think. If anything, I find softer water in other places a bit weird because it's not what I'm used to.
I did grow up drinking it in Hull and Driffield(let's face it,there was very little else on offer in the 60's).I then moved on to drinking it up here.I don't drink copious amounts of the stuff but I can't drink it from the tap anymore as it stinks of chemicals to me and has done for 5 years or so.If I'm desperate and don't have bottled water, I'll take it but very rarely. When I'm in Hull I wouldn't touch it at all..It doesn't taste nice to me anyway.
Kids growing up too fast, sick of my 7 year daughter old telling me people are handsome , apparently she broke up with a boyfriend last week because he was cheating on her?!
