Last Sunday I said to a couple of mates, what we need is Bale, Rambo led consortium to buy VT out....

As you say though, old news and rejected already...
Probably why the Plymouth rumours have come about. Fail with your first target, move onto the next.

Can just imagine an 11's bar under the Ninian stand and a Par 59 in the hospitality area.....

Whatever the figures surely Tan must be financially savvy enough to think ok I’ve invested into this for long enough and it’s now time to bow out. The counterpoint to that is he thinks the club is on the cusp of a return to the PL so I’ll keep my equity.

Us fans have no idea what is going on in the boardroom though. So we have to speculate.

Tan may want to retain some equity in the event of an upturn in growth but that’s fine as long as he relinquishes control BUT will he?

My concern is as undoubtedly the clubs value has diminished in the past few years will he he consider a sale now when the clubs stock is so low?

Whilst Tan has control the club is a hostage of fortune.

I don't think Tan will ever sell, until the Sala legal matters have been concluded. I believe September is the French court hearing, I wouldn't be surprised to see an out of court settlement.

You could well be right BT.

The case probably represents one of the best opportunities for him to recoup some of the millions he's ploughed in...
Waiting for promotion back to the premier league is fraught with uncertainty....

Id say there's absolutely no chance of any settlement or Nantes paying us anything ever.

If he wins the case( unlikely) I doubt that's the end of it.
