    Would be a bit of a shocker if he’s replacing Speakman somehow. Or perhaps Speakman promoted to Director of Football with this guy as Technical Director underneath

    Random one, reliable reporter too? Has he had success in his previous roles?

    Interested to see what role he has, I’d be surprised if speakman isn’t the main man but with the clubs this blokes been linked with previously he must be looking to join in a high position.

    yeh no way he’s replacing Speakman unless Speakman himself wants out. Which we’ve seen no signs.

    Nah literally just said he’s been all over talking to players.

    I see he’s previously coached but who would leave a sporting director position at Roma to be an assistant for us? Really intriguing. Need to see what work he’s done in his previous clubs but the links with juve is promising. Hopefully another high level operator getting involved with us that opens links with Europe

    he was essentially sacked from Roma. They said mutual but all the Roman press said he was pushed out by the owners.

    Wow my reading of this is that Speakman would report to Ghisolfi. Not the other way round. Which makes sense based on CVs. But still a surprise.
