Dan Hargraves has confirmed on twitter that the club has received interest from Peterborough for Connor Taylor. Player has 1 year left on his contract.

Worth just reclarifying what Ricky Martin said to the BBC. Any contracted players who leave, will leave on the club's terms. They don't have to sell but if a substantial bid that they could reinvest in the squad came in, then they'd consider it. Ball is very much in the club's court.

 

Kamil Conteh is attracting interest from Derby and one other club and has a release clause in his contract, so that's another player gone I reckon

 

Hopefully get a good profit from him.

 

I think Conteh is a good player and was hoping that after a long period of being out injured he would at least stay for a while even if it meant a new contract for him

Apparently Derby are leading the race to sign Kamil Conteh from us. He has a significant release clause, so we should make a decent profit from him even after paying Grimsby their sell-on fee.

I think we have to accept that we'll lose him this summer.

Apparently Rovers have a significant release clause on Kamil Conteh contract, so whoever signs him won't get him cheaply

 

Hargraves has stated again that our financial position means we don't have to sell at all. But obviously, if a stupid bid comes in then take it. Is Conteh irreplaceable? I'm sure we can find jus as good if not better for free and use funds from his sell to get some dominant strikers to get us challenging from game 1.

 

Six days until the start of pre season and we only have 16 players, including two who have never played a first team game.

Daniel Hargraves claims that we will be signing 24 year-old left back Jack Sparkes from Posh on a permanent deal. He's a good player so I would be very happy with this signing.

 

Hope Connor Taylor isn't part of the deal to sign Sparkes

 

According to Bristol Live James Wilson has not agreed a new contract with the club and looks likely to leave at the end of June when his current contract expires

 

If it carries on like this we’ll have about seven players left by the time the season starts!
