Ok folks. Back on it after I lost momentum on my ice cream thread. I feel this one has legs.

Haway the biscuits. So much choice. No rules, any count. We vote for our top 10 and those coveted championship places.

This time I will be less biased on what wins.

It's always chocolate hobnobs for me... But the classic is a close 2nd

 

Bloody love shortbread, one of the chefs at work makes the best shortbread I've ever tasted.
But...these are the best biscuits I've ever had. Tremendous.
