I don't have bandwagons because I have a free mind and speak as I believe as a Christian. The Nazis murdered many innocent people as part of their purge to eliminate the Jews, a minority ... ... exactly what Israel are doing now, killing innocent people to eliminate a minority. You won't be able to see that because your blinkers are welded into position. More fool you.
Except they very obviously aren’t trying to “eliminate” a minority. They’re at war with terror groups with actual genocidal intent, one of which continues to have its people held hostage both alive and dead including those taken hostage by supposed civilians who just fancied a bit of October 7th when given the opportunity on the spur of the moment. As a Christian, whatever difference that is supposed to make, you’d have no time to do anything but speak out against foreign atrocities if Israel is your bar. I suspect that’s not the case. Hence you’re on the popular thing i.e. a bandwagon.
None of that makes any sense whatsoever, you're just spouting a stream of nonsense that I'm sure you believe. You're an awful person and, to be honest, not worth my time because you only listen when you're talking. Good night.
Israel essentially rule the middle east with an iron fist with US assistance, this leads to large scale migration into Europe from these countries, for this reason I do not support Israel. It's a practical decision.
So migration into Europe from Middle Eastern countries is largely Israel's fault, rather than repressive regimes, corruption, abuse of women, poverty, pitiful lack of education, opportunity or future prospects?
Middle Eastern (muslim world) instability has been due to regime change in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan etc probably Iran next by the looks of things, this instability benefits Israel as these countries are always weak and in flux so unable to organise and build any meaningful power whilst being beset by rebels, fundamentalists and insurgents who smell blood in the water. Israel transgress and then big bully US comes in on their behalf, it's old hat at this point. If you want people to stay in their lands and not head for Europe they need stable countries.
Is that Israel’s fault? If it ruled the Middle East with an “iron fist” it wouldn’t be constantly under threat from various nations surrounding it. Increasingly they have a good relationship with the serious countries in the region- Saudi and UAE particularly. Even Egypt are relatively chill now.
I don't care, I just want less migrants in Europe and the best way to achieve that is middle eastern stability and that outcome is bad for Israel. So we are at odds.
I don’t think more stable governments elsewhere in the ME is bad for Israel though. Lebanon not having a grip on its south, for example, surely does Israel no good. Yemen, Syria etc.
A stable block of middle eastern countries are inevitably going to want to get around a table with Israel and due to its history that is not a table Israel would want a seat at, because they have transgressed a lot and the bill would be huge, possibly even unpayable.
Mate,I always enjoy your posts and I don't think this forum can give either of us the room to put forward our opinions in an intelligent debate. For this reason,I regret responding to your post now. I have strong views on this subject....I covered it in detail during my education years.....but,would just make the point that Oct 7th 2023 was not an Israeli transgression, nor is the support Iran provides to Hezbollah in Lebanon or to Hamas in Gaza. There can be no accord until Iran curtails these, and other, activities. However,I would like to make it clear,I would not make any case for the brutality of the Israelis in dealing with the threat they face. A properly constituted Palestine, with an elected, free from extremist Govt.,to represent the best interests of its' people, together with stability in the Middle Eastern countries you mention,to include a categoric assurance of their collective recognition of Israel's right to exist in its' historic land, would be a massive step towards a lasting peace. Sadly,I don't expect to see it in my lifetime.
Thanks for your advice. I am active,I do eat well ( mostly).....but I certainly don't want to live for another 30 years!
