For me there was some brilliant music coming out of America in the 90's especially from Seattle. We had some great bands too
Early 00's we took over from the yanks. There is some exceptional music from the last 30 years but you'll not find it on main stream radio stations.
6music is probably the best station around especially in the evenings, the mornings unfortunately a lot of dance style music seems to be taking over. Listen from Craig Charles onwards, some great music old and young.

Infact I'm off to see The Hothouse Flowers tonight, an excellent band from that era, their first 3 albums are up there.

Spotify and Apple Music have also helped ruin the music game. It's no longer profitable to write music so the younger crowd don't bother or can't and the golden oldies for the most part just keep touring playing stuff from decades back when there was music.
Saw Paul Heaton a few weeks back and he was class. Great value too

Saw that this morning but they’re not bothered about the financial side of things. Up and coming artists can’t make anything from writing original stuff so why bother

I’ve only appreciated bands like ELO in my latter years

Either the old bands were far superior than the current music scene or we’re just getting old.

Not biting as hard as I was expecting (so far) particularly after watching the build up where the experts were predicting a possible 5 over par could win it.

How are you lads feeling for next season? (Sunderland fan). Both us and you being linked to some pretty exciting transfers, Burnley less so, but it's going to be hard to compete for anyone I feel.

Feeling quietly confident but that could change depending on which targets are true.

If the first three transfers are Vardy, Wilson and Sargent I’ll panic, but Muniz, Bijol, Solomon I’ll be happy.

We need a bit of a statement signing as it’s going to be hard persuading players we’re not relegation favourites

We also need a decent Keeper

What makes you confident. The links are for the most part pure rubbish. A bit of fun for fans. The fact there’s hundreds of them tells you that. Confidence will only come when we see new squad playing together and that could be three games into the season.

And half, haven't seen many linked.

I'm hoping this is the year someone breaks the trend and of course praying it's us. I think you lot had the best foundations to build on going up, trust our recruitment the most. Obviously can see why we're favourites to be last but think it'll be Burnley in 20th.

Aye there's been some slightly dodgy links but I'm sure you's will spend enough cash to give it at least a good go.
