Manu want Ekitike. If they sign him. Wowzers. I thought they were skint. It would appear they are not.
They are skint... they will use creative ways to achieve their goals. They will still wreck the players though as it will take decades to turn around that club.
They are alsio assuming they can simply offload their current dross for huge fransfer fees. But who is going to pay for them? Even with just the wages they are on, most clubs wouldn't even want them on a free transfer.
Why wowsers, he's only actually scored goals in his last season and even then he got 15 league goals, hardly the stuff of dreams. He got 4 in 33 games for PSG. Plus Man U will find a way to turn him to **** anyway, it's what they do.
Saudi apparently, well they were gonna pay £100m for Fernandes but he said no. He would have been their saleable asset, it will beorw interesting to see how they try to get rid of Ugarte, Zirkzee, Mainoo, Mazraoui, Mount, Garnacho, Maguire, Yoro, etc.
Wirtz deal done. How we getting on with the Burnley keeper? Wonder who’s playing in nets for Burnley’s u21? Imagine we’ll be trying to sign him in 3 years.
Yeah Burnley want 22 year old Trafford, who has played a grand total of 28 PL games and more than half of his career games in League One, to be in the all time top 4 for goalkeeper transfer fees. Well, Burnley can fook off.
Alex Meret still not signed a new contract at Napoli - I'd be chucking money at him on a free... Apparently he's been offered £50k p/w could easily give him £75k and some juicy signing fee's
From tinternet... "The average salary for a Premier League (EPL) football scout in the UK is roughly £22,984 per year, according to Glassdoor. While this represents the median, there's a wide range, with base pay potentially ranging from £18,000 to £29,000 annually. Some roles, like Chief Scouts in the EFL, can earn between £30,000 and £60,000 per year." So, let's say we were to put 1 senior scout (circa £50k) plus 2x scouts (circa £25k each) in every single one of the best 100 foreign leagues. That's £10m per year. Yeah, I know, but bear with me... Then, beef up the central (UK based) scouting team, give them some state of the art software and a team of quality data analysts. Let's be generous and say that all costs around £15m per year, including the global scouting network. Sounds crazy, right? Well, no. Not if you think of all the actual gem players you might discover before anyone else does - and how many £££millions that might save you in transfer fees over time.
The bigger the fee the better. It will put more pressure on him to justify the price tag by the media.
