WoL appear to like Barry-Murpy. If so ffs get it done. Him or Buckingham I'm not bothered. Just feckin' well appoint one or t'other and move forward.
Good morning fellow Bluebirds. Well, good in all but the footballing sense. A bit of hyperbole from the club about how pleased they are with the process, but outside that, nothing. Even Sparkey has been subbed by the lack of progress. No odds update this morning. Another managerless day ahead.
Odds haven't changed since Rambo threw his toys out. Bucks still favourite @ 8/13 and Barry Murphy just behind hin @ 6/5...........Evatt 6/1 and the rest nowhere. I'm still waiting for the bolt out of the blue - someone we've never heard of.
I have just read this: https://cdn.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/sit...rdiff City FC Fan Engagement Plan 2024-25.pdf I also note City won something last season : The way the club hierarchy has treated the fans over the new manager which slowly rolls on is hardly indicative of the standards it purports to uphold.
What sort of half @r$ed statement is that. We're a laughing stock anyway. Imagine what it will be like if Leicester block it. We've waited an age anyway, why not wait until the ink is dry. Or like many non-signing of players in the past, when we get a 3rd rate option,we'll get told, 'we'll we tried really hard.......'.
In fairness some news is better than none. And I guess B-M's Leicester job depends on what they do with Van Nistelroy. I'm surprised he hasn't gone yet. If B-M has a contract at Leicester then City have to either wait for Leicester to terminate it or negotiate his release. Nothing appears straight forward, does it?
So, we paid a compensation package to get him. I wonder how long it will be until RvN and all his backroom staff get sacked?
