agree, 1-0 up at Wembley , it was there on a plate for us . But next Euros is on home soil isnt it- cant see us doing much in USA, but maybe one last hope in that tournament

Completely agree . Went one up ,nearly scored again then did the old hold what we have mentality . Never works for us and you also don't see the top teams taking that approach now.
Just shows you attack ( albeit slowly most of the time ) then the oppo wait for you to over commit and break and if capable get the goals . It’s at Int’l level , Prem level , all over the place , so attack quickly or press properly like PSG and get ahead .
Agree footballs changed again . The Barcelona tika tak approach doesn't work as well nowadays . You only had to watch the 2 Barca v Inter semis and the final to see how fast these teams go at it now . It's exciting to watch .
