Aye that’s it for me. Get people saying well you should of committed before we knew which league we were in but for me (selfishly) it’s how will it impact 26/27 prices for current early bird renewals, I’d imagine a big increase especially if we stay up.
Not saying it's too much but I got an early bird in the NS which works out at nearly £26 per game. If you get one today it'll be £31 per game. For P.L. football I don't think it's too bad. We'll still be one of the cheapest around I reckon.
This is what ‘the club showing ambition’ looks like in reality … … if we want the club to compete with those in the PL the money has to come from somewhere. It’s also probably fair to say that our facilities are better than the likes of Burnley, Palace, Bournemouth, etc. The improvements to the stadium, moving the away fans, better communications, etc all have to be paid for. I thought the club presented itself brilliantly in the playoff second leg and at Wembley. The club’s presence around London and in the stadium was absolutely top class, in my opinion, and made Sheff Utd look quite shabby in comparison. Someone who posts on RTG told me, in confidence, how much our hospitality bill came to. He hasn’t posted it so I can't but all those ex-players and managers, like Reid and Quinny, don’t come cheap when the bar bill is totted up
It was more the early bird this year to the standard price next year (based on the rise from early to standard this year)
Very impressive, from that shot - easily wide enough for a good flow of people. It’s going to look great when heading to the stadium or back into town.
I'm sure the club would look at the affordability based on the local area first and foremost, the jump has already put a couple of my mates off who were going to get one for the first time in years. I think Everton offer direct debits over 10 months for example, which would make a lot of sense.
Needed to select all the seats needed (3 in your case) and then assign 2 to other customer numbers. You can then check out all 3
Very limited supply of STs left... https://x.com/SunderlandAFC/status/1932830434536153107?t=3sHHP7eIc5hRTtMawo0OSg&s=19
Regarding the direct debits. Not sure if correct but there'd previously been mentions that it's effectively an instalment agreement. If it moved to 12 months it became a credit agreement. Credit checks and the like. Not sure if true as never looked into it. Also for cashflow purposes a smaller number of installments over a shorter period works better for the club.
Wonder if they have a figure in mind as to how many they will sell before they announce them as sold out and just use the remaining seats for general sale
I think it’ll be 39,000 ish mate. The remainder for away fans and general sale Could we see a ST waiting list?!
