Thing I find a bit bemusing mind - is that we are being threatened with transfer embargoes, points deductions, fines and the sword of Damacles, whilst Citeh can just merrily trot on doing BAU ...

 

City are in the Premier League, and the Premier league is run by the clubs who are in the premier league, all of whom think "****, that will be us soon, lets not go in hard and punish City".
