Think Spurf just saw a tall blond and immediately thought “Viking”!

We'd never get to do PSR raids on them if Levy was their chairman

Have to wonder which Italian or French clubs are doing the Excel spreadsheet shuffle this summer

I'm on holiday, do you expect accuracy. Does Bergval head the ball?

Semenyo links are starting to make more sense.

I think it's the right time for him to go. He's won silverware and can leave a fully-fledged legend. But watching him trying to play at the highest level is just painful.

Securing a nice pile of cash on his way out would be a parting gift from a club hero.

If he does go it makes sense to look at someone more predominately right sided. Frank tends to play 433 or 352 so we want wingers who can also play off a more physically dominant striker (Solanke, Richy) in a front 2. Stylistically, Jarrod Bowen would be ideal.

Speaking after South Korea's 4-0 win over Kuwait, Son said: "I still have one more year left on the contract.

"Rather than saying anything at this moment, I think we should all wait and see what happens. But no matter where I end up, I will always do the best I can. It will never change."

    —————

I don’t expect him to be at Spurs when the new season starts.

I suspect he has a nice pile of cash already. We don't pay minimum wage.

    I meant for the club.

If he were to move this summer I would expect we'd receive circa £30-40m which is a nice parting gift to help us rebuild.

I rate son as more of a legend than even Kane.
I hope he goes cos the last image of him as a spur should be on a high and lifting the EL is a huge high

I think the last image of him as a Spur is drunkenly dropping an f-bomb live on the iPlayer...

Oh no, we're getting into Sensible Transfer season

Here's the first batch I've seen mentioned

Yann Bisseck (CB, Inter, 24yo, Germany, contracted until 2029, was linked with us last week)
Ko Itakura (CB, A German Team, 28yo, Japan, contracted until 2026, seems to be linked with us every summer)
Wesley Fofana (CB, Chelsea, 24yo, France, contracted until 2029, how the **** do his £200k a week wages count as "sensible"?)
Jon Martin (CB, Real Sociedad, 19yo, Spain, contracted until 2030, how the **** is somebody contracted until the next decade count as "sensible"?)
Sander Berge (DM, Fulham, 27yo, Norway, contracted until 2029, seemingly can't go a year without being linked with him)
Angelo Stiller (DM, Stuttgart, 24yo, Germany, contracted until 2028)
Carlos Baleba (DM, Brighton, 21yo, Cameroon, contracted until 2028, nothing says "sensible" like paying the fees Brighton usually ask for...)
Lorenzo Lucca (CF, Udinese, 24yo, Italy, contracted until 2028)
Viktor Gyokeres (CF, Sporting, 27yo, Sweden, contracted until 2028, so "sensible" looking at someone the monied clubs are looking to nab...)
Mathys Tel (LW, Bayern, 21yo, France, contracted until 2029, was on loan with us so hardly insightful...)

You get the feeling that I took issue with some of the suggestions either being lazy, or straight up ignoring things like wages of contract length...

That being said, Stiller looks mustard - and I don't mean that weird gingerbread mustard I bought a couple of months ago

Stiller was linked with Real Madrid but apparently they’ve deemed him too expensive. I can’t see Spurs paying the money for him or what Brighton will want for Baleba

Gingerbread mustard sounds intriguing, might have to give that a try
