    Well that was crap, but...

Senegal are a good team, and Tuchel was trying to see some different players, and so we only started with probably 2 or 3 that you'd expect to start a competitive match.

The biggest concern is that we didn't look like we actually wanted it. I don't think Tuchel will like that.

The performance was poor, but I don't recall us actually playing well at all for the last couple of years (since Italy in the Euro qualis?), so that will take some working out.

Terrible performance and the daft twat took his best two players off in Kane and Gallagher.
Performances like that, following the half hearted display against Andora on Saturday do nothing for the game in this country and the manager looks clueless.
    Poor choice of referee too.

    It's the worst I've seen us in many a year.It's lifeless,it's soulless,it's clueless!!!

Every single member of that whole set up need to have a good look at themselves. As for the Manager,I'm not so sure if they're playing for him.It just looks off even at this early stage...

Keane pointing out nobody giving pesters when things are bad, and hes right. Thats the sort of thing an old head like Maguire or Pickford would do

    England have done a city
Gone from lovely snuggly cuddly Southgate/rosenior to a nasty strict Tuchel/walter
And the players look to have downed tools cos the nasty man is a bit ruthless

the big difference is of those four managers Tuchel has actually won things

i was in total disagreement with his appointment it should be an English manager but now he’s here they need to knuckle down and do their job

Southgate may have been conservative to the point of being boring sometimes BUT there was a feel good factor to England when he was in charge. Two finals and a semi-final is a tough act to follow. I don't see Tommy Tippy getting us into the latter stages of the WC at this rate.

Also agree with Chazz -should always be an English manager in charge of England

Glad I never bothered with it, fool me once , shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, anything more & I would really have to be stupid.
Friendlies & qualifiers are not interesting to me, it seems we’ve gone more backwards than I could possibly have imagined.
I actually think Tuchel is a good manager, but he should be nowhere near the England national team.
We need to have an English manager, Southgate had his problems, but he had a passion for the job, I think Tuchel has passion too, but I just feel he’s not getting his message to the players, for whatever reasons.

Southgate had the luck of the draw on his side.
To get to the final last year playing bang average football just shows you .
Had we been in the other half of the draw it would have been last 8 .

Englands chance of winning anything has gone. Should have won the euros against Italy. That was the one that got away. We were shocking in the last euros. Got to the final yes but apart from a decent performance against the Dutch we were really poor. It has been a good run and fair play for that but the chance has been missed.

Well we’ll never know what would have happened as we did what we had to do & reached the Final.
Whatever is said about how lucky he was, we qualified by hammering the minnows.
As it stands with the players & coaches, they ALL need to step up & start performing!

We seem to do terribly in these June internationals every year. Couple of years ago we lost 4-0 to Hungary in a competitive game. It must be the same for everyone but it really seems like they're an unwanted obligation for England.

Looks like they're happy to be paid playing for England but they don't want to get injured so they ponce around, couldn't really give a **** because playing in the Prem is their bread and butter and where they get their support each week - appears England comes a poor second
