I do the same every year and there’s never any better than ours at the moment (in my own opinion mind you) it’s the drunk walks up to row 37 that sometimes get me
Sunderland AFC’s new ticketing website is now live, launching a new multi-year partnership with SeatGeek. Supporters can visit the brand new site via the link https://tickets.safc.com, or via safc.com/buytickets. Fans that have purchased a ticket or season ticket during 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25 need to now take one simple action to activate their SeatGeek account. Simply log in using your existing customer number and reset your password. A reset link will be sent to the email address linked to that customer number. A ‘How To’ guide for this can be found here. If your account has been inactive for more than three years, your Ticketmaster account will not migrate, and you will be required to create a new account. Friends & Family Networks: The club has made the decision not to bring across Friends and Family networks from the old ticketing system. This is partly due to the complexity of unthreading and rethreading historic relationships and also due to a number of out of date relationships. The club have, however, created relationships in the new system with supporters who purchased 2025-26 season tickets in the same transaction. Supporters, once logged into the new system, can recreate their friends & family networks; a useful ‘How To’ guide can be found via ASK SAFC. Seat Moves: The Ticket Office reopens from 10am to 5pm today, Tuesday 10th June to facilitate seat moves only for any 2025-26 season ticket holder wishing to change seats for the upcoming campaign. Discover more details on moving seats online, via ASK SAFC. The ticket office counter and phones will also be open to assist supporters wishing to move seats. New Season Ticket Sales: The ticket office will reopen to all supporters on Wednesday 11 June. This coincides with the launch of 2025-26 season tickets, with the easiest and quickest way to purchase online via the new online site at https://tickets.safc.com/. Further details regarding 2025-26 season tickets, including pricing, will be communicated shortly. For further information or to contact our ticketing team, please visit Ask SAFC.
So just simple as that, hit one of those links, wait to get in through the queue, go to forgot password and just create a new one? All took about 5 minutes
^^ spot on. there’s a few seats kicking about U4 where we are but nee rows of 4 near the aisle (which we always want) gonna be a scramble tomorrow !
Tinpot clubs are much easier to deal with ,hardly any stock required and no-one to buy it. Massive difference.
Just had a Quick Look round the website itself and it’s very easy to navigate, not like Ticketmaster where finding your Coventry play off ticket was like where’s wally
Is there a payment plan option for new season tickets? Supporters can spread the cost of their season ticket with a deposit of 25% and 2 equal payments on 25th July and 22ndAugust, available exclusively online. Simply add a seat to your basket online and select payment plan to proceed. Due to new financial regulations that will benefit supporters with greater security during online banking transactions, no stored payment methods have been transferred onto the new ticketing site and these will need to be re-added.
