I think he doesn't want to develop. He sold most of our promising young academy players in his first summer. Didn't use Elliott. Quickly backed away from Quansah after a bad start to the season. Bajcetic was sent on loan despite being a beacon of light when he made his break at first. It's probably not that he is against young players as much as, he seems to want to focus more on a core XI players than previous recent managers we have had... and if you're young- you're not going to be good enough typically.
