Hope they come up and he continues to fly in League one, might get himself a canny pay day if he does

They look certs for promotion now. I think Molyneux would’ve got a decent move up to L1 if Doncaster weren’t going up

Always been a useful player Luke, pleased he is doing so well, he could easily step up a grade imo.

2 of our lot there. Great to see lads who haven’t quite made it here going on to do well in the football league

That’s impressive from both but especially Denver, presumably from left back? To think that for a while he was probably our most promising youngster!

To be fair on Denver he was on the recieving end of a dangerous knee high tackle that I dont think he ever quite recovered from, it certainly set him back imo.
His main weakness was tho his end product, which must have improved a hell of lot to have clocked up those figures.

I don’t think Compton will be short of offers. Best of luck to the lad

Released: Ben Crompton, Cuba Mitchell, Caden Kelly, Kelechi Chibueze.

Ben Crompton did very well at Tamworth in the Conference and could well end up back there, also wouldn't be surprised to see a L2 side take a chance on him, he did really well at Conference level, is a big lad and can play across the defence. I have a feeling he could be a League One player in the future if he works hard and gets a little bit of luck.

Cuba Mitchell was highly touted when we brought him in from Birmingham, but he looked distinctly average during his time here, not sure where he goes from here, perhaps a midlands team at L2/Conference level will take a chance on him for their reserve team.

Caden Kelly looked decent for Darlo, I went out of my way to watch their youtube highlights, mostly to see how he was doing, he is certainly good enough technically to carve out a decent career but not sure if the other parts of his game are good enough, sometimes looks like he was somewhere else.

Kelechi Chibueze is at a bit of a crossroads, a talented youth footballer but has yet to make his professional debut at the age of 21. Keepers are a bit different in that sometimes clubs will take a punt on an extra one and stick them in the reserves to see how they get along. Ben Wilson released by us and a couple of lower league clubs before Cardiff took a punt on him, is an example that springs to mind. I have a feeling he'll end up coaching as I heard he took an assistant role during preseason with some of the u18 lads.

Don't think Kel will ever make a "pro" appearance, he was decent at consett in the 8th tier but don't think he looked much like playing many levels higher.

My understanding is that he is well liked by the staff and keepers pool, watching him a few times for the u21s he never looked like staying on here so it'll be interesting to see where he rocks up next, as I said I wouldn't be that surprised to see him coaching at someones academy in a couple of years time.

Aye he has been great with the group and happy to just be a training keeper - would like to think he could be a good coach like you say

I fancy Molyneux to do well in L1 tbh. 16 goals and 13 assists in L2 last season is excellent for a winger
