Porro starting in tonight's Nations League match against France Djed Spence is nice and rested for pre-season, yeah...?
I'd like to thank all of the major news outlets for their great support of World Haemocromatosis Week. Yes, I know no ****er mentioned it...WTF is that? It's the most common genetic abnormality in the Northern Hemisphere, affecting approximately 1 in 300, and not a single ****er has heard of it, let alone having the faintest idea what it does to you, if undiscovered into your later years. It's a relatively simple disease to diagnose. It's a very easy DNA check following on a simple blood test on the levels of iron in your blood and if caught early enough, it shouldn't have any major effect on your life. However, left unchecked, the excess iron in your body will wreak havoc and can cause any part of your body to become clogged with iron, leading to organ/joint failure, brittle bones, blindness, brain fog, chronic fatigue, impotence, hypogonadism, depression, anxiety, a thousand other things and early mortality. Unlike treating the symptom (iron overload) by frequent blood donation, treating its effects is extremely costly. I'm racking up the NHS hours at an alarming rate. It's likely to have caused/contributed to my prostate cancer, caused irreparable damage to my joints (pretty much all of them), some liver damage, borderline diabetic, gout and likely other things yet to reveal themselves. So, if you're from a Celtic background, over the age of 40 and start to feel like your body is wearing out and there's no obvious reason why...ask your GP to do a blood iron check. It may save your life...
I think my doctor is writing a book about me,Brian.Stupid things happen to me.The latest.....I had to drive myself to the E/R because I'd strained my back and my old soccer injury in my right knee was on fire, both at the same time.Could hardly walk.Naturally I needed to pee.I was busting.Guessed it was pee in the passage or "squeeze it" until I got to the toilet. As I "released",blood everywhere!Emptied myself.Dressed.Staggered downstairs to the front door, went out, staggered down the outside stairs to the car.Triedseveral times to enter the car thjrough the pain and stiffness, finally did it.Started her up.Reversed, the found my brake shoe was only half on.Couldn't bend to put it on right!Prayed I could brake.Just about could!.....and drove to the E/R praying all the time nothing else could happen. The rest is history.....I'm still with you.....and my doctor!
How much did that cost ? My neighbour once showed me his medical insurance bill after a trip to USA and he had a heart attack, nearly £97,000
My health insurance is $180 a month plus medicare(part A) hospital and (part B) medical.I had a heart attack in 2000 watching a Cincinatti Reds game and 2 more in 2004.With a few other problems, they are keeping me alive to remain a Spur sufferer!
Matter face on commentary for the Eng games but double teamed with Lee Dixon what the f**k is wrong with TV companies
But at least he survived Chances are that it would be free here, but he’d still be waiting for an ambulance. Would you pay to live?
“The worst thing ITV have done” is some claim. Endless karaoke competitions, Love Island, Lorraine, Loose Women, morning TV generally, ridiculous soaps , mind numbing quizzes… Do you want to re-think that? Lee Dixon looks good by comparison
They don't employ him to look good! He is meant to enhance the viewers experience with incisive comment about the match. I know that very few co-commentators manage this but he is particularly bad and paired with Matterface it is one of the worst commentating teams we have to endure.
I'm sure the BBC managed one particularly dismal pairing for a WC group game they clearly couldn't give a **** about Why yes, Mark Lawrenson was one of the commentators
