That giant steak was unreal. Seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, English mustard and birds eye chilli flakes.

Another stupid piece of steak for me too. This one a 450g sirloin which I cooked in the air fryer for 8 minutes and came out perfect. It was about 35mm thick and came peppered from the farm shop. Saw it in the fridge and couldn’t resist Chippy chips for good measure.
