It really was as one sided as you can get. 59% possession for PSG, 23 shots to Inter's 8, and 8 on target to Inter's 2. I walked a mate back to the station after the match, just to soak up the atmosphere, and it was like France had won the World Cup, horns beeping, fireworks and flares going off and singing in the streets. Great fun.

Joe Gubbins of Watford away fame. Charley Kendall for Southend was with us and didn’t make it. Same for Monthe the big centre-half who scored the own goal but otherwise looked very good and has had a reasonable lower league/Conference career. From what I watched of it Bonne contributed **** all.
Just looked up that Watford game, if you thought our team was bad this season read that starting 11: QPR: Begovic, Kakay, Fox, Gubbins, Paal, Dozzell, Field, Smyth (Duke-McKenna 45'), Kelman (Armstrong 45'), Chair, Dykes Subs: Willock, Archer, Richards, Dixon-Bonner, Larkeche, Duke-McKenna, Drewe, Armstrong, Adomah
Spain v France....watching with Spanish commentary in bar in Spain...getting very nervous for the locals, was 5-1 to Spain, but now 5-3 heading in to 5 minutes of injury time....
Commentator on ITV saying England were expected to win so they’ve passed the test, and Tuchel will be fine with that. Is that the same Tuchel who said yesterday that England should crush opposition like this? Only watched the last ten minutes, and even that was coma inducing.
Didn’t even know England was playing today, lack of interest probably, but watched it & fell asleep & didn’t miss much
