Yeah cause Soton have priced him out of the market already. Like you said he's barely emerged. One season in the Prem, where he looked good for a handful of games and Soton are demanding a ludicrous fee. They've turned down £30m from RBL, £35m from Spurs, they want £100m! His contract runs to 2027, so why wouldn't clubs wait till next season, see how he goes for another year and go after him next summer when Soton will have to sell or let him leave for nothing in 2 years time. And he'll still only be 20.
