With the Communists in charge, nobody British wants to invest in anything based in Britain but foreigners will snap up what they see as bargains. Food delivery network Deliveroo, floated on the London Stock Exchange in 2021, was taken over by US corporate DoorDash a month ago for just £2.9bn. Shareholders on the LSE got around £1.80 a share from the deal that took Deliveroo private. Not surprisingly, Deliveroo failed to attract investment in London (IPO valuation fell by a quarter on the first day trading) as it only made a first ever profit last year of just £12m on turnover of over £2bn, operating in nine different countries. With no working capital left they were forced to seek a buyer. So next time one of those illegal immigrants shows up at your door with a blue box on their back, the profit will be going to the USA.
All are a sign of extremism and should be punished by deportation of perpetrator and all family members.
