RR
On their day there is not much between Dickie, McNally and Atkinson but agree the best CH is Dickie.
McNally and Atkinson are better playing alongside a CH.......especially Atkinson as he's naturally left footed.

It came about when Bristol City confirmed Mannings departure. She put up good riddance :emoticon-0148-yes:
I would say, he’s a lucky boy. Can’t see any other manager playing him. Living on his dad’s name at our club. May come good and I hope he does. But he may of got subs appearances but imo she should be gutted that LM has gone as he ain’t worth more than that IMO.

WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Sam Bells sister just posted good riddance to Liam Manning on Instagram.

Also not one player has come out and wished Manning well going forward unlike when Nigel Pearson left the majority did wish him well.

Make of that what you will- :emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think

Didn’t help playing him at RWB whenever he came on.
hopefully no more sideways, backwards borefests from the new gaffer.

Where we're at currently
Right, as we reported earlier, Rob Edwards has not yet been offered the Bristol City job. Reports emerged this morning suggesting that was the case but we understand such reports are wide of the mark.

We've also been told that Bristol City are unlikely to appoint their new head coach this week. There had been some suggestions the Robins were keen to wrap up their search sooner rather than later but at this stage, it seems unlikely the new boss will be confirmed this week.

Of course, these things can change very quickly in football so we will keep you updates as when things progress.

My thoughts on the timeline
I'm sure you are all desperate to know exactly who the new head coach will be, as am I, so imagine there will be more than a little bit of frustration with the news that is unlikely to be clear until next week.

However, and this is the important bit, if it means the Robins get the right man in the dugout, a delay will be worthwhile from my point of view. Considering the good work Manning did last season, City simply cannot afford to go backwards and get this next appointment wrong.

On paper, taking their time should see them make the right call. Hopefully, that is the case this time around...

personally I would like to see a manager that been head hunted as opposed to a manager that has had a few goes at it and been sacked a few times or failed after moving to what they thought was better pastures on the otherside of the fence.
OLE GUNNAR was probably one of the only ones in the past I would have liked and didnt get a interview ...lol
