He's on gardening leave ! He can't talk to other clubs as he'd be in breach of his contract. Until we appoint another manager and release him from his contract, then no one else will even be in talks with him.
Bob, if the office is incompetent, we can’t expect a smooth transition & appointment. Seriously would love to know what pushed Marti out the door……. I thought he was a suitable appointment who did a more than respectable job.
I thought the club may have explained the situation by now, especially if Marti was in the wrong and was speaking to another club.
Ben Williams is set to return to being based full-time at QPR. Williams was brought in as director of performance during the summer of 2023. He became a key figure, overseeing the club’s sports science, medical, physiotherapy and nutrition departments.
