If Kelleher was confident in his own ability then he would back himself to do enough to get a move at the end of the season regardless of whether Leeds were relegated or not. He clearly doesn't have much confidence in his own ability to shine.
Don’t worry about Kelleher. He’s a great keeper. No need to critise because hr didn’t see his future with us
Not being sceptical but may be related to money. He is a very good keeper and may think he can earn more at another club.
Hey Kev. The happy pills didn’t last long then who knows if kelleher was ever first choice, but of course anyone getting offered a place at an established premier league club would take it over a newly promoted side. what does anyone expect? it will happen repeatedly if we target sort after British players. We’re right to try for them but we’ll have numerous options for every position we’re after… with good reason.
It's good when things go as expected. Too many fans dreaming of top signings it's the supermarket knock downs for leeds.
makes some great saves but had his meslier moments... i guess all keepers do, its the frequency that matters - be interesting to see how he gets on as a number one.
Need a RW more than a LW, both Gnoto and Ramazani better on the LW. If we buy Solomon I can see us buying a RW and selling either Ramazani or Gnoto. Maybe why there are rumours of Ramazani on loan to Rangers?
That would probably be the most financially astute option. Replace firpo and solomon with a couple of loans and chance it.
It looks like Pope can be crossed off, he doesn’t want to join us and would prefer fighting (sitting on the bench) for his place if they sign Trafford. Looks like we’ll be shopping on the same shelf as Burnley for our next Keeper
Apparently we’ve made a generous offer for Habib Diarra - Several other PL teams are interested and his agent has advised him to see what other offers come in for him. We watched and scouted him some time ago, Everton have also enquired about him. Writing on the wall for this one… I have to question why we allowed our recruitment team to leave for another club before the transfer window opens and not until after it is shut. We did get hit with massive agent fees over the past couple of seasons, maybe Paraag feels there was something wrong with that side of expenditure and the negotiations that resulted in them
As usual Chelsea don’t have to worry about psr. Or waiting till July for new accounting period. 30m spent on delap. In the meantime the transfer window slams shut on Tuesday. Exciting stuff innit
Just to frustrate our efforts……….. no it’s so teams competing in the World Club Championship (or summat similar) can recruit beforehand. Think Alexander Arnold joined Real Madrid from Liverpool in this period for that reason.
