In fact going on from my original comment to you, I can hazard a guess. It will be that no-one in authority has got the balls to tell the family that they are scaling down the inquiry for fear of the inevitable backlash that would come with it.
I think that’s fair enough, tbh. Conspiracy theorists will try and spread the lie that the teddy bear still smelt of the little girl.
Imagine There's something about this that stinks and it wouldn't be the 'cuddle cat' after such a short time ... ... just another lie im my opinion. Parents will often believe they can smell the loved one who's passed away, it's common even when it's not physically possible.
Portuguese and German authorities have started a new search into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann in Portugal nearly two decades ago. Madeleine was three years old when she vanished from an apartment complex in Praia da Luz in the Algarve during a family holiday on 3 May 2007. Her disappearance sparked a Europe-wide police investigation, and is one of the world's highest-profile unsolved missing person cases. On Monday, Portuguese police confirmed they were carrying out the search on warrants issued by German prosecutors across 21 different plots of land. Portuguese police say the search - which covers the municipality of Lagos near Praia da Luz - is due to continue until Friday. Earlier on Tuesday, a Portuguese fire engine andfour vehicles carrying German police arrived on the search site - which is around 3.5 miles from the resort where Madeleine was last seen. Roads leading up to the site - which is sizable and mostly scrubland - have been closed off, while the day's focus appears to be on a nearby ruined building. Around 30 German police officers are expected to participate in the search. German investigators have taken the lead in the case since they identified Christian Brückner as their prime suspect in 2020. The 48-year-old is currently serving a sentence in Germany for a separate crime - the rape of a 72-year-old American tourist in Portugal in 2005. He is due to be released later this year. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cy4k1vg34wlo
the fact that in the car they rented, there were traces of blood in the boot, why after the next day your child is missing, you go and play tennis? they did something and are covering their tracks, a stupid ammount of money has been wasted on this, Nearly 20 years of this. something inrecibly fishy is going on
Is it also a bit suspicious that Portuguese and German authorities have apparently just started another new search, which they seem to do about this time every year (unless my memory's playing tricks with me)
I reckon that the normal thing fir people to exclaim would be “ Madeleine’s missing” or “ Madeleine’s got out”. To immediately say “ they’ve taken her “ seems very odd .
exactly, and the fact they left the other two children? surely Madeleine would be scream if a stranger had taken her so people would hear or see something,. thing is, I don't think we will ever know what 100% happened
There’s also something unnatural about their interviews. She seems scared and nervous rather than upset . He watches her every word and expression as if saying , that’s it , just keep to the script , keep to the story
One of the friends, who was on duty checking the children, told an absolute lie. He claimed he went to check on the children, including the McCann children around 10pm, popped his head in the door but couldn't see Maddie's bed. Because all was quiet, and the other two were asleep, he assumed all was well. It's a lie, I thought that was odd so looked up the floor plan for the children's room. You could see all three children without entering the room ... ... he was never there.
Gerry told police there was a rota , adults taking turns to go check everyone’s children. One of the other parents told police there was no rota , each parents doing their own thing for their own
To be fair you wouldn't even need a rota if you could find a doctor with access to drugs that would keep the children sedated and therefore 'safe' ... ... not that easy though because, if they were found to have stolen the drugs, and illegally administered them, they could be struck off. Losing a highly paid job and being unable to work would mean saying goodbye to a lavish lifestyle with expensive cars and foreign holidays ... ... having two doctors struck off, in the same family, would be a catastrophe and no doubt involve Social Services regarding any children. Any friends found to be complicit could also expect to be investigated.
The German authorities seem pretty set on this fella mind. You would assume they have some reasonable intel to keep pushing this.
