I’ve been a sky subscriber for two decades till recently multiple rooms the lot, cost a fortune. Recently switched to a great dodgy box system saving myself 2k a year. I’ve more than done my bit supporting those robbers. Got me thinking though can sky last at all. Almost everyone I know are on similar systems and some for years. No sympathy anyway for the robbing B******s. Wouldn’t it be great if they went wallop and the premier league clubs had to rely on fans money at the turnstiles again as it once was

I went that route just for all the live games, it stutters a bit on live games, was near impossible to watch on HD and I found the picture quality lacking

For the money I paid it was excellent but I always preferred watching Sky through its box.

If Sky ever struggle I think it would be due to Netflix

Here is a thought though, if Sky doesn’t last then all the dodgy boxes streaming Sky would become redundant.

If sky fail football would go subscription on Amazon and all those other outlets. Still available on dodgy box. To be honest I don’t need hd quality anyway. I sit forty feet from tv with eyesight of a 63 year old so I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference same as others my age

They streaming the games via a third party not sky. So would still be able to stream via another provider.

I don't even have a box or smart telly. Connect laptop to telly via hdmi and use internet feed off my phone. It works when it works. I have a pub near me for important games.
