Cool. If they lose him and 2 or 3 of their top players, there’s a chance they’ll fall apart. Same with Iraola and a few Bournemouth players. We need help like that to give us any sort of chance to stay up.
Doubt they will tbh. Their chairman is always a step ahead as with Brighton. They’ll have a plan. Big risk for Spurs if it happens. Opinion on Ange has suddenly swung. Not many people leave Brentford and succeed.
Yeah not sure why anyone thinks Thomas can juggle domestic and Europe well a bit of an under whelming appointment if it happens back to making up the numbers in all competitions next season can wait
Managed to send Polly off on one on your board yesterday for suggesting that it would be a bit classless sacking Ange after him giving you a first trophy in a quarter of a century ... Polly much preferred it when you were knocking the ball around nicely, winning **** all but competing on the best matchday cheese expeience front
im like you bro give me a trophy over that stuff all day we are not winning the league or CL I hope Ange sacks them both off and goes all out for the FA cup and league cup much better than the we hosted Barcelona and got smashed at the Lane trophy
He’s shown in Europe he has a plan B In the league he has earnt the wrath tbh The players clearly play for him still so yeah he needs to be smart or we in trouble trying to juggle the league and CL
Yeah, I certainly wouldn't sack him, more just the question to him of what is goal is next season. It has to be an improvment on the league position this season which in turn means avoiding relegation, as they concentrate on the money spinner of the Champions League. So I wouldn't expect him to be top 5 or 6 but 17th isn't really acceptable either, unless he achieves the ultimate goal of the CL final.
All bantz aside - only think you need another 2 or 3 solid signings to really push on - that and avoiding injuries ... your keeper has looked a bit of a flapper and I'd start there ..
