Sad scenes of PSG fans fighting with riot police in Paris.

    Two people killed
Hundreds injured and arrested. Utterly shameful.
600 fires lit, nearly 300 vehicles burnt.
For pity's sake. This is football.

What would UEFA do if that had been fans of an English Club?
All English Clubs would be banned from Europe for 10 years.
What will they do to PSG?

They'll not be able to do anything.

The violence was not in or around a football ground.

Such a cop-out though. An excuse for the football authorities.
The match was obviously the catalyst for the thuggery and mass violence.

PSG should be banned from all European competitions for a decade.
Football Clubs will never reign in their hooligans and hooligan culture unless they are punished.
Some might say it worked here after the 1980's.
But European teams seem to be allowed to get away with appalling violence as well as (in many cases) dreadful racism.

It wasn't true Parisians wreaking havoc.

    Pretty serious.

Does it have something to do with them wanting us to take Akin Famewo?
I don't even know if they do.
Just linking this to your post in the transfer rumours thread...

I see on the front page of the Daily Mirror that David Beckham (remember him?) is finally going to get the Kinghthood he has craved for decades <doh>

The paper also says Posh will become 'Lady Beckham' <diva>
I don't see how that follows though.
Becks is not getting a Peerage as far as I know. He isn't becoming Lord Beckham (except in his own head maybe).
Perhaps HRH Meghan will invite them round for tea...:emoticon-0162-coffe

At least Beckham has been good at something, which is more than you can say for most of the cronies who are in PMs' honours lists, like Lady Mone.
