    Of those I saw live.

Favourite - Rigg home to Boro

Best - Mundle home to Preston

Funniest - the ‘Meslier’ goal and his reaction <laugh>

Ballards was the most important goal ever at the SOL, Defoes against the mags fantastic, when we beat Everton with big Sam in charge, performance was against Chelsea in that Dec 4-1 win i have never in 50 years seen such a magnificent game from the lads that day we should have made Europe that season.

Sorry but I just keep changing my mind, so many fabulous goals this season its imposible to choose, maybe the Rigg goal against Boro it was an audatious back hee in such an important early game, Isidors flying volley was another , yet once again we dont feature at all in the EFL Championship goals of the season, what do they want .

I've just watched the YouTube video from the club on goal of the season - 11 different players had genuine shouts with worldies which is absolutely remarkable.

There's no scientific method to this so I'll just give a top 3 that I really like (taking occasion out of it).

    3) Neil v Swansea - outstanding strike from the Skipper after carrying the ball past Grimes to bring us back level in the game.

    2) Cirkin v Coventry - ran from within his own half and then hit the hardest shot with such accuracy that it was in the net before the keeper even moved.

    1) Mayenda v Bristol City - Isidor could have easily got the nod for his goal against Hull, but I feel like Mayenda had to do a lot more with it to score. Beating multiple players, speeding up play and then slowing down again before cutting inside and putting the shot back across the keeper. He was unstoppable in that move.

Leeds, Burnley, Sheff Utd may have been better than us …

… but choosing each team’s best ten goals I’ve doubt they could match us.

Burnley only had one I can remember, away to Preston.

    Forgot about that Cirks goal.

Sent me full Gary Neville (Torres v Barca) that one.

Without the net that ball still be in transit. What a goal.

Hard to pick and fave or even top 3 tbh. The last 3 goals were all very special so they have to be my top 3

I loved mundle's goal against Portsmouth after Riggs tackle and Mayenda's run. Also Mayenda's 1st goal for us, was a class finish and just felt that moment was massive for his career

Dan Neils goal did get a slight deflection which gave the keeper no chance, for sheer quality and significance, the last two at Wembley take some beating. I'm sure Watson morphed into Jimmy Olsen in the build up for Mayendas goal and reverted to type for his coup de gras.
