Others complied, why should Leicester be allowed to cheat. Parachute money is huge in the Championship, they need hitting with an 18 point deduction and as some outlets are suggesting a transfer embargo this window in signing players. Their parachute advantage needs removing, without PSR cheating they’d not have went up, I doubt they’d have done so this season either so now they should be on the final year of it
