Honestly our display was class, even up from my seat you could see it early doors. Thiers was nondescript and not selling out made it worse. Too many gaps, a full house of the waving scarves above their heads might have looked good, but not with that many gaps. But, when our tifo went up. Oh my God...

More from our friends down south <laugh>

Swiss Cottage was all Sunland. Got on the tube at Finchley road packed. Carriage packed with well-oiled Mackems. Couldn't understand a word of their songs . Mind you my face was pressed up against the window.

I was sat right opposite your seat amongst all the empty seats. The atmosphere up there was like a pre-season friendly.

    One of many disappointments yesterday.

We were in the top level and had a flag - I brought mine home and told my oldest son that I wanted in my coffin when I go but if we get relegated before then he can burn it himself <laugh>

Is a tifo the same thing we used to call banners back in the day.
In the 60s my mother used to make them for away games, think she'd have struggled with something that big like.<laugh>

Mundle was injured when you said Brighton wouldn't let him play so that doesn't make any sense. It would be easier if you just admitted you talk bollocks.

Not as sad as someone who defends people who tried to kill the club just because they gave you a bit of access. Now that's sad.

I did not just read that Stewart Donald is the reason our downward spiral stopped.

What the actual **** are some people sniffing?

Yeah. The Wycombe game was very different. I fully expected us to win that day and our promotion was brilliant, but it was only to the second tier of English football, which for a club of our size and with our history, didn't seem like a big deal at the time, even though it was a huge relief.

This time, listening to the media, we entered the play offs as underdogs in the semi-final, won through and all the talk from the media was about Sheffield Utd and how unlucky Coventry had been. What a load of bollocks!

At the Coventry home leg, our supporters showed what we're about. Singing loud and proud and backing the team 'Til the End'. At Wembley, the fans were superb and the team overcame a shaky start to really snatch the ascendency and we got our just rewards.

Listening to how loud we were, the looks on our fans faces and their interaction with the team was truly magical and a day I'll never ever forget.
