Time to fire this one up for the new season then...

 

That should be a decent game and a good test.

 

Are we going abroad at all this year?

 

I assume so as the Echo have said the Brighton game will be Still's first game at St Marys. As it is only a week before the season starts I doubt we would do only away games if we are staying in the UK for all pre-season.

 

We did that a couple of years ago, didn't we? Unless I'm misremembering

If anyone is interested, sholing are entertaining Chelsea in pre season

 

Presumably Colwill has arranged that.

 

Yeah, I suspect he’ll captain Chelsea for the game.

 

Yeah, I heard about it the other day, I can't imagine many first team players from Chelsea playing except maybe Levi himself but Chelsea will bring a few fans i'd imagine so it will be a bumper payday for the club with possibly a record attendance.
Current record is nearly 1,300 I believe.

If so, I am going to Studland via the chain ferry across Poole Harbour as I can’t be arsed to drive the long way round. Does that count?

 

I think “overseas” implies some degree of separation by salt water, rather than a shortcut.

 

Are you being forcibly repatriated by Border Control?
