I’ll leave Fosse to correct your language but my grandad was far too polite for that sort of joke. A Heysel joke would have been crass in the circumstances.

Watched the video, utter madness.

 

Watching a few more videos and he's clearly not in his 50s, more early 20s and white.

Video shows him trying to get through the crowd, beeping, people banging his windows.

Looks more like the guy has flipped and totally lost the plot.

 

It was the police who said he was in his 50's - I assume as he has been arrested there wouldn't be a mistake with his age.

I heard a witness account on SKY News, which got me concluding it was not a planned incident - something just went very horribly wrong.

Yeah probably but people should think before posting something like that. I get gallows humour, I don't particularly like it but it's a UK thing and there will come a time where people will make jokes and I'll ignore them. Today is probably not that time though.

 

It was a **** joke, not meant to offend but I thought all was fair game on this forum. I’ve seen the jokes about Russia, Ukraine, Palestine & Israel etc.

According to BBC report police have now stated 53yo so obviously now know more about him.
