I wouldn't be against Lallana being part of the coaching staff if Still was ok with it. Plenty of experience and ability could be put to good use. I also don't mind him using us to get his management experience as long as he isn't the main man. The fact that you said he was permanently angry (quite understandable with our mob) is something that interests me too. A coach/assistant that doesn't accept poor standards or performances is good by me. If Still is that way too they won't know what's hit them, but maybe its what's needed.
I don't mind him on the coaching team, but would like an experienced assistant I think. Interesting listening to the High Performance nonsense Jake Humphrey thing - Still said he hates people making excuses for mistakes and likes players to take responsibility - that might be an issue for THB!

What can people expect from you and what you want your Saints team to look like? WS: High energy. I've always said that I like to be proactive. I don't like to sit in and wait and be passive in what we're doing. I'd like our team to dominate, to go and press and be as aggressive as we can be. I don't do that just for the fact of running and saying that we are going to be really aggressive. I want us to be high up the pitch and in the opposition's last third as much as possible. It's about being entertaining. I want the players to enjoy it, but I want the fans to get on board and support it too. It's creating an environment where, we are here to win, we are here to win a lot and we want to win consistently. How do we do that in our behaviour? How do we do that every day on the training pitch? For me, it's about being as positive as we can be, as open and honest with everyone, so that everyone is onboard, everyone is reading and getting the same message. By doing that, you set up an environment where people feel good, where people want to be and that's what I want to do. I want us to be this high energy team with good people in it, who all actually enjoy doing what is, ultimately, the best job in the world and winning as much as we can.

Lens was the first time he'd worked with both of them together. He'd worked with Nicolas at Reims for 1yr of his 2yrs there, but this season was the first time Edward had been with them both

Very impressive, and I particularly liked the bit at the end where he was talking about the fans, and that they obviously have an impact on results. Too many managers, including a few of our recent failures, have failed to grasp that.
