Fair one mate. I haven’t seen it back yet just from what I seen at the time on TV looked like their player ran across his LOV after the ball was hit so he would’ve seen him strike it but thinking on that if he’s ran through his LOV after the ball is struck then that’s going to impact his ability to watch the ball all the way anyway so seems like the right decision.

I have to say the Sky commentators and pundits were appalling. Everything was weighted in sheff utds favour. How they were the better team, we were hanging on etc. It was actually unbelievable tbh. Just constantly praising them even though, in reality, there was nothing in game. We were pretty rubbish for 30 minutes but after that we looked equal and ultimately better. So pleased that Patto and Watson were the heroes on the day. Not bad for a fat bastard and a scrawny 14 year old

He seems a proper good lad in the squad. Loved his ‘shut up, you’ to Mayenda in the Frankie and Danny vid.

A few thoughts from the weekend ...

Proctor is clearly highly respected by the players
Shame Dodds wasn't spotted, perhaps he was
Samed really put in a shift despite not even playing, must be great to have in the squad
RLB really considers his subs which frustrates our fans when he 'takes too much time'
Wilder flings on subs like confetti and contributed to them having 10 men when Watson scored
RLB respected the occasion, put a suit on that he clearly hated and was restrained from start to finish
Wilder showed up like it was a formality, looked like he'd come from the pub and jumped around like a Friday night drunk when they scored.
The United players ran towards our fans when they scored
The Sunderland players, on the other hand, ran towards our fans when they scored ... oops, didn't think that one through <laugh>

Correct decision every day of the week, being kind it might not have been deliberate , on another note its a shame Humes tackle had not been on his opposite number who got away with an awful lot for far too long imo.

Did he give the goal and VAR changed his mind, it looked that way to me, if so it was a poor decision , but the linesman on that side was even worse. VAR has its faults but saved the day imo.

I'm not sure it gets any better than the past couple of weeks and the way we've won games. Along with the euphoria comes the hope and excitement of what lies ahead for these particular group of players. I can't imagine I'd feel happier if we won the Premiership. (Not to piss in anyone's chips like) <laugh>

Once that went to VAR, as I wasn't there and watching on the box, I was sure they would chalk it off. Rightly or wrongly they almost always do now. The player was a bit idle not getting out really.
