So whilst this season is one we'll all want to forget there were a few good moments and in a weird way they felt better due to all the **** that surrounded it. So what's your best moments of the worst season? For me: Final whistle v Everton at home. Late equaliser v West Ham. Final ten minutes v City. Leaving the ground yesterday
We were fooled into thinking we could compete after that game. Also had a really good few days in Newcastle
You had me going there, I couldn't find a Lincoln post on here Than I realised that was your season highlight
Choosing to not go to the Spurs home game and then my dad & mate who did got caught in the worst traffic and took 3 ½ hours to get home to Bournemouth.
-Tall Paul's first Saints goal. -Getting to put some faces to names meeting up with a few of you at away games. -Bree's goal against Cardiff
Barely even enjoyed the goals we’ve scored for ages as they’ve felt so meaningless given we’ve been down since October. Earlier in the season when Dibling was tearing defences apart was probably the highlight for me. Love it when an academy player breaks through and looks a real bright spark as he did. Shame it didn’t last long. The last 10 mins of Man City was decent but more just tension and an almighty relief that as **** as this season has been, at least without the record we can forget it.
Matty Fernandes has consistently been an absolute joy to watch throughout this dismal season. I will be heartbroken if he moves away.
