Villa seen United and ****ed off home. Thankfully they turned up today. You get what you deserve after 38 games lads. Villa will be rueing the missed opportunities to put some dross teams to the sword over the course of the season.
Wilson came on and did absolutely **** all yet again, he needs to be part of a mini exodus of the dross we carry. We have got to start next season with at least 4 upgrades, surely we have no more excuses this time and cannot be starting next season with the likes of Pope, Murphy, Schar, etc.
After losing our last 2 games I'm not sure if Howe is the future albeit winning a cup and getting CL,again ,just putting it out there.
Wilson and Trippier are both gone in the summer judging by their reactions during the lap of honour. Willock, Longstaff and one of the big names too I reckon.
We have games like today where we just don't play our pressing and passing game. I was at the Brighton game too. We lost against a good Arsenal side, but again today, we struggled to play a pass for the whole game. That's no good for the Champions League, or a derby game just as much to the point.
We need a big refresh, really big. I’m genuinely concerned about Howes loyalty as I can see a situation where we start the CL with the likes of Pope.
